The University seeks to engage a Graduate Trainee-Risk Management in the Internal Audit Section
Duties and Responsibilities
-
Maintenance of University Risk Registers & ensuring departments have updated registers
-
Monitor the progress of risk mitigation activities
-
Compile monthly, quarterly and annual risk management reports
-
Helps to close out on audit observations
-
Conduct risk assessments across departments
-
Develop risk mitigation plans and policies
-
Manage the university’s insurance portfolio, including claims
-
Monitor risk mitigation activities and report quarterly
-
Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications and Experience
-
Five (5) Ordinary Level passes including English Language and Mathematics
-
Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management and Insurance, Auditing and Risk management
-
Applicants must have a degree classification of at least 2:1 and should have graduated no more than two (2) years at the date of application
-
Applicants should be 30 years old or below
