The University seeks to engage a Graduate Trainee in the Bursar's Department.
Duties and Responsibilities
-
Receipting cash using accounting software
-
Ensure timeous banking of all cash receipts
-
Accurately capture receipts and invoices into their respective receivable accounts
-
Assist in the production of management reports
-
Timeously attend to client requests on all financial matters
-
Petty cash management
-
Assist in planning for the year-end audit
-
Monthly reconciliations for both Debtors and Creditors
Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting /Banking and Finance/Finance
