The University seeks to engage a Teaching Assistant in the Faculty of Natural Resources Management and Agriculture, Department of Animal Production and Health
Duties and Responsibilities

Assist lecturers in delivering tutorials
-
Mark students’ assignments and tests
-
Support student research projects
-
Participate in community agricultural income-generating projects
-
Invigilate exams
-
Perform any other duties as assigned by the Chairperson
Qualifications and Experience
-
A Bachelor of Veterinary Science (BVSc) Degree or a Bachelor of Science (BSc) Honours Degree in Veterinary Anatomy or a BSc (Hons) Degree in Veterinary Biochemistry or a BSc (Hons) Degree in Veterinary Physiology or a BSc (Hons) Degree in Animal Production and Health, or a BSc (Hons) Degree in Animal Health and Production Extension or a related field

Alternatively, the candidate may hold a Diploma in Animal Production and Health or a Diploma in Veterinary Sciences, and a BSc (Hons) Degree in Animal Production and Health or BSc (Hons) Animal Science or BSc (Hons) Animal Science Technology or BSc (Hons) Livestock Sciences or a related field
